clean roomloud ventilation system

the room was clean. (that's about it).

i couldn't get a decent night's sleep because of the noise coming from the ventilation system in the room. it sounded like people were chatting right next to me, so i mentioned this to the staff, but they didn't seem too concerned. i should have brought earplugs (my bad).

the scale felt very grand the big staircase was beautiful

i found sound issues i could hear everything through the ventilation it was as if other guests were in my room staff didn't seem too concerned when i mentioned it
